Do the cards have any monetary value?
- No, the cards have no cash loaded on them, nor can they be loaded with any monetary value.
How do I use them?
- Present your Just Right Card when you place your order.
What if I’m denied my discount?

How do I find a card?
- You can search for a discount card by clicking on the “Buy a Card Online” under the Services tab. In the search field you can search by fundraising organization’s name, city, state of type of fundraising organization
What if no cards are available?
- Just Right Fundraising is growing and adding new markets everyday. If no cards are available in your area, we apologize that we were unable to support you locally at this time but you still can purchase a your teams logo card and you will have access to our online merchants and discounts saving you hundreds even thousands annually.
How do I find a fundraising organization?
- You can search for a fundraising organization by clicking on the “Buy a Card Online” under the Services tab. In the search field you can search by fundraising organization’s name, city, state or type of fundraising organization.
How do I know these are real teams?
- Every Organization is personally interviewed to verify they are legitimate organizations. We are in constant contact with each organization. Some are trying to raise money for facility improvements, equipment, traveling etc.

How long is my card valid?
- Your new card is valid one year from the time you purchase it, this date will be printed on your card when you order it.
How long will it take to receive my card after it’s purchased?
- Your card will be printed and shipped within 7-10 business days following an order confirmation.

How do we register to be a fundraising organization?
- From the home page you see the All Stars Join Today in the red area, click on “Getting Started”. Once you have completed the registration form, a member of the Just Right Fundraising team will contact you about becoming our member.
What’s the cost to set up an online account?
- It's free to set up an account online.
How long will it take to design our card?
- You can design your card in your control panel tool box for free. If you decide you would like to have your discount card custom designed just let us know by email. A custom design card costs $149.00 and includes 1000 business card flyers to help your sales efforts. It takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive your high resolution graphics to complete your card front.
What is the cost to design a card?
- There is no upfront cost to design a card for your organization.
Can we change our card design?
- You can change the design of your card, we recommend doing this only once a year to reduce any confusion
How many merchants can a supporter choose for the back of their card?
How often do we receive a check?
- The fundraising administrator will receive a check once a month, based on the number of cards sold. It will be sent to the address in the database referencing user profile.
What should we include in our biography?
- We recommend that you tell a little about the organization, your successes and why you’re trying to raise money this year.
How long will the fundraising go?
- As long as you wish. Some of our accounts do year long fundraising, selling a variety of cards throughout the year.
Do you notify contributors to renew their cards when they expire?
- We will send a reminder to them, asking your contributors to support you again the following year.
How long does it take to develop a market that is not yet established?
- That really depends on the size of the market, typically 2 weeks.
Can we monitor our card sales?
- Yes, the fundraising admin will be able to access the website to monitor card sales at any time during the campaign.
Can we set up multiple groups/teams under one card?
- You can have multiple teams use the same card, meaning that you only need to design one card for your school, allowing each team that want to fundraise to use card. You cannot create one account however, each team needs it's own online account. Multiple accounts are needed to make sure the money is sent the correct admin, plus each team will want to know how their fundraising campaign is progressing, not a combination of the entire school.
Preferred Merchants Network Questions
What does it cost?
- There is no cost to join the Just Right network, its an extra benefit for our card holders.
How do I use it?
- It’s easy to set up and maintain. Simply search for the merchants you want in your preferred merchant list. Once you have found the ones you want, place a check next to them. This adds them to your list.
Will the merchants be emailing me?
- No, merchants do not have, nor will they gain access to any of your personal information. You are connected to them allowing you to view online discounts through the PMN anytime you want.
Is my information shared with anyone?
- No, its Just Right Fundraising policy to protect the individual identity of our card holders. The only information that our merchant receive is the number of Just Right Card holders asking for their discounts, along with a profile of the total population associated with those card holders. At no will we share individual customer information with a merchant.
Can I request a merchant?
- Just Right Fundraising welcomes any suggestions that you might have regarding new merchants.
How do I get my discount if it’s not on my card?
- The best method for getting your extra discounts is to print the online coupon and bring it into the merchant. Some merchants may simply require you to show a valid Just Right Card, but be prepared to provide the coupon.
How will I know about newly added merchants?
- A list of all the new merchants added from the previous month will be displayed in Merchant network.
